THE CHALLENGE
Bondly’s mobile app looked old and needed a redesign, the signup process was confusing to users and they expressed frustration with setting up escrows either as a buyer / seller. There were also new features that needed to be added to the mobile app to better serve the needs of the existing user base and gain more users. We also need to update the design, making it more visually appealing and align with the brand’s core values of trust and security - metamorphosing the app into a seamless, user-friendly, and visually engaging experience while actively learning from users on the go.
DESIGNING THE SOLUTION
We solved Bondly’s mobile app challenges by simplifying escrow transaction flows, designing an intuitive setup process for user catalogue, enhancing catalogue navigation, and creating a visually engaging interface, all while integrating continuous user feedback to ensure the design met real-world needs.

We redesigned the onboarding flow to highlight key features of the Bondly app while making it easier for new users to set up their accounts and returning users to log in. Early user testing revealed that this approach not only boosted user confidence but also improved overall satisfaction, with a significant increase in sign-up completion rates.
